Beneteau Website

I have registered and obtained my log-in ID and although these details are accepted, I am only able to access/download the brochures and photos for my vessel - not the plans and owners manual etc.

I have sent an email to Beneteau a couple of weeks ago, and have not yet received a reply. Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong, or is this facility not operational?
